B.Ed Admission Process
In Chhattisgarh admission to the B.Ed programme is conducted through the pre- B.Ed. Entrance Examination organized by C.G. Vyapam. After the declaration of the entrance examination result, the state council of Education result, the State council of Education Research and Training (SCERT) Chhattisgarh conducts the online counseling process for admission to government, Adided and private B.Ed college Admission is granted strictly on the basis of merit reservation rules and seat availability.
Step 1: Registration for online counseling Qualified candidates must register online on the SCERT counseling portal. During registration, candidates provide personal details, academic qualification and entrance examination information.
Step 2: Filling of counseling form candidates fill in their educational details category information and upload the required document All information must be entered carefully because incorrect information may lead to cancellation of candidature during verification.
Step 3: payment of Counseling fee after completing the application form candidates pay the prescribed after successful fee payment the seat allotment process.
Step 4: Choice filling and college preference candidates select and arrange their preferred B.Ed. college in order of priority. they may choose multiple colleges according to their preference seat allotment is based on merit rank reservation policy college preference and availability of seats.
Step 5: Merit list and seat Allotment SCERT prepares and publishes the merit list based on the mark obtained in the pre – B.Ed Entrance Examination. According to the merit list and choices filled by candidates seats are allotted in different college.
Step 6: Downloading allotment letter candidates who receive a seat allotment must download the allotment letter from the counseling portal and follow the instruction mentioned in it.
Step 7: Document Verification – Candidates report to the allotted college with original document for verification the following document are generally required.

Step 8: College Admission and fee submission
After Successful document Verification candidates deposit the prescribed admission fee in the allotted college the college the confirms the admission and issues the admission receipt.
Step 9: Final Admission Confirmation
After fee payment and Verification the candidates admission is confirmed. The student become eligible to attend orientation programme and regular B.Ed. classes.
