NSS AT Glance
The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Kamlakant Shukla Institute Deori Road Bhatapara is committed to developing the personality and character of students through community service.
NSS unit was established at Kamlakant Shukla Institute Deori Road Bhatapara on 8 July 2024 and has successfully completed two years of delicate service and Community engagement.
NSS Moto
The motto of the National service scheme (NSS) the motto is “ NOT ME BUT YOU” It reflects the spirit of selfless service and concern for the weal fare of others,
The motto inspires volunteers to work for Society and contribute to community development with out expecting any personal benefit it encourages the Values of cooperation. Social responsibility, leadership and national service.
NSS Badge
The NSS Badge is inspired by the wheel of the Konark sun Temple in odisha it symbolizes the spirit of continuous movement, progress and social service.
Significance of the NSS Badge
1. Red color:- Represents energy enthusiasm and the spirit of youth.
2. Blue color:- Represents the Universe and the broad outlook of service to humanity.
3. Wheel:- Symbolizes progress, charge and continuous social action.
4. Eight spokes:- Indicate that NSS volunteers and ready to serve society 24 hours a day.
