Section 4(1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 is Statutory Declaration on the website of Kamlakant Shukla Institute Deori Road Bhatapara . RTI Act 2005 has also been uploaded on the website. The statutory Declaration includes all the rules and regulations which are implemented by our Institute and Government of Chhattisgarh.

The applications under the RTI act along with postal order/Demand draft of Rs. 10 in favour of Principal, Kamlakant Shukla Institute Deori Road Bhatapara C.G., maybe sent to the Public Information Officer (PIO).
